We want you to love your MKIMIYUKI purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
How to Start a Return
- Initiate your return through our online returns portal.
- You will receive instructions and a prepaid return shipping label via email.
- Securely pack your items, include the original order confirmation, and attach the label.
- Drop off your package at the designated carrier location.
Return Conditions
- Items must be in original, unworn, and resalable condition with all tags attached.
- For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on pierced earrings or other intimate apparel.
- You are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
- The refund will be processed to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item. Please allow time for the refund to appear on your statement.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order on our website.
Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately to resolve the issue. We will cover the return shipping costs for these cases.
Lost or Stolen Packages
MKIMIYUKI is not responsible for return packages that are lost or stolen during transit. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining your drop-off receipt until your refund is processed.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are final and cannot be returned.
